For whom: Research Fellows of the Earth System Governance project

Where: Utrecht University, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Wageningen University

The meeting is part of the 2018 ESG Research Trip in Europe. We aim to bring together research fellows of the Earth System Governance Project in order to share ongoing projects and discuss new research directions.

The programme includes the following:

• Update and reflection on the new Earth System Governance Science Plan by Dr Agni Kalfagianni
• World Café discussion with Prof. Frank Biermann about engaging with the Sustainable Development Goals in earth system governance research
• Discussion of the Ocean Governance Taskforce with Dr Judith van Leeuwen
• Workshop on communicating, visualizing and presenting research by Dr Oscar Widerberg and Prof. Philipp Pattberg
